Creator and Host
Drake (He/Him)
The founder of Everythang Culture was born in Fort Worth, TX, raised in Tyler, TX, and built his foundation in Houston, TX. Drake currently resides in Seattle, WA.
Understanding people has always been his passion. As a result, Drake received his BS in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2009.
Professionally, Drake has worked to support his community by working with children and families for over 13 years. His experience includes human resources with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), social work, court appointed guardian ad litem, mentor, professional mediator, and public speaker.
Drake has made it his personal mission to make effective and impactful change within his community. In addition to running the podcast, Drake enjoys his wife, working out, cooking, gaming, and exploring cultures.
